La Baie de Cayola campsite answers all your questions concerning your stay and the sanitary measures put in place to guarantee you a safe vacation. Please consult this FAQ regularly and do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information.

La Baie de Cayola is not a Residential Leisure Park (PRL) and is therefore not open all year round. You can therefore live on the campsite during the whole opening period, from March 15th to November 15th.
You can enjoy the indoor pool with its whirlpool and jacuzzi from April to October. The outdoor pool is open from the beginning of July to the end of August and the waterslides are open from June to September (possibility to extend the opening period depending on weather conditions). Yes, we know it’s hard to part with your pets. That’s why animals are welcome on our campsite: we accept dogs and cats (except 1st and 2nd category and maximum 2 per rental) Rate: 5€ per night and per animal.
Yes, in July and August, an animator is present from Monday to Friday to propose you animations for teenagers and adults in the campsite or outside. Entertainment for the whole family is also planned in the evening during the summer.
Yes. As a professional in the outdoor hospitality industry, we are subject to regulations and protocols that guarantee a high level of safety. Our team is trained to offer you a service of irreproachable quality and for your safety certain services will be modified to respect the governmental instructions. Our campsite gives you access to large natural areas in the open air and you will be able to move around easily, taking into account the rules of distancing.
To access the reception of the campsite, the rule of distance of 1m minimum must be respected, within the limit of 2 customers maximum in the reception. Hydro-alcoholic gel is available and we ask you to use contactless payment methods (contactless credit card, secure online payment on the website, bank transfer or check) when possible. Your rental and your keys will be disinfected before your arrival and after your departure according to a strict protocol with virucide product. On request, a disinfectant spray can also be made available to you throughout your stay in your rental.
As part of our secure check in / check out, we guarantee the disinfection of your accommodation, keys and barrier badge according to a strict protocol with a virucide product. A disinfectant sprayer is also at your disposal throughout your stay.
